BRITAIN’S ONLY ADVICE SERVICE DEDICATED TO HELPING THE OWNERS OF LISTED BUILDINGS

A membership organisation with a particularly personal service

Owning a listed property is undoubtedly a source of considerable pride, but it can also be a source of concern and uncertainty.

Whatever the grade of your building, its listed status marks it out as a property of national importance and interest, but living with history has its particular consequences and responsibilities.

At The Listed Property Owners’ Club (LPOC), they are well aware how little independent support is available to guide owners on matters of planning, maintenance, specialist suppliers and advice on law and insurance issues. They provide a wealth of practical, independent help to assist you with all the decisions you have to take at every stage of your ownership.

We were luckily enough to have worked on a number of craft over the years, one being Dorian, dry docked in Southampton for restoration purposes, one of The Dunkirk Little Ships she was both a wonderful craft and a pleasure to work on.
